1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") are entered into between q5det (hereinafter referred to as "q5det," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the q5det platform and its associated services (hereinafter referred to as "you," "the Player," or "the User").

By registering a q5det account, accessing the q5det Login portal, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any part of the q5det platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the q5det platform.

q5det operates as an internationally licensed online gaming operator. These Terms apply to all q5det services including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, UFC, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, and all associated account, cashier, and support functions.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the q5det platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met continuously throughout your relationship with q5det:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active q5det account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by q5det or any other gaming operator from which q5det receives exclusion notifications.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or as a proxy for any other person when registering or using a q5det account.
• Your use of the q5det platform must not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order to which you are personally subject.

q5det reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by q5det shall result in suspension of the account, withholding of pending withdrawals, and potential forfeiture of any bonuses credited to the account.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account with q5det. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, Pakistani mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, q5det reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers, and forfeit all balances and bonuses in those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly whenever any registered details change. q5det is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including but not limited to missed communications, failed withdrawals, or delayed KYC verification.

3.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with q5det's international licensing obligations and applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, q5det may at any time request that you provide documents to verify your identity, age, address, and ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Acceptable documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. q5det may request proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement issued to your registered address within the last three months.

Until satisfactory KYC verification is completed, q5det may restrict your ability to withdraw funds, place wagers above specified limits, or access certain platform features. q5det's KYC decisions are final and binding.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q5det Login credentials, including your username or mobile number and your password. You agree to notify q5det immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. q5det shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

q5det accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) bank transfer, United Bank Limited (UBL) bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. q5det does not accept deposits via credit cards, foreign currency accounts, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed as currently supported on the q5det cashier page.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. q5det reserves the right to modify this minimum without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your q5det account balance in PKR following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder, or accounts belonging to other persons are prohibited and will result in the suspension of your q5det account pending investigation.
• q5det does not impose any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which q5det bears no responsibility.
• q5det reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects has been made fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your q5det account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used for at least one successful deposit to your q5det account, except where q5det expressly permits otherwise in writing.
• Completion of KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request. q5det may withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification has been satisfactorily completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. q5det reserves the right to modify this threshold at its discretion.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within twenty (20) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) business day of approval. q5det does not guarantee processing within these indicative timeframes.
• q5det reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of amounts that q5det considers unusually large, on accounts with unusual betting patterns, or where q5det has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Such checks may delay withdrawal processing beyond standard timeframes.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to any bonus are set out in the promotion-specific terms applicable to that bonus.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

q5det offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible player accounts at q5det's absolute discretion. q5det reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses credited to your q5det account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are credited. Transfer of bonus balances between accounts is prohibited.
• q5det reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, together with any winnings derived from it, if q5det determines that the bonus was obtained through abuse of the promotional system, collusion, multiple account operation, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 10 of these Terms.
• Bonuses are not available to players who have applied a self-exclusion to their account or who are subject to any responsible gaming restriction that q5det determines makes bonus participation inappropriate.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Provisions

All sports bets placed on q5det are governed by these Terms and by the sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the q5det platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that bet type and market.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and recorded in your q5det account transaction history. A bet confirmation screen or notification does not constitute final acceptance; q5det's internal transaction records are the definitive record.
• q5det reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market description, system malfunction, or obvious input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the proviso that q5det may suspend or withdraw betting on any market at any time without notice, including during an active live event. Bets confirmed before a suspension are unaffected unless the bet is void on other grounds.
• q5det reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet or market, or to limit the cumulative liability accepted from any individual player on any market or event.

7.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting on q5det, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, international Test series, ODI and T20I matches, and other cricket competitions, is governed by q5det's cricket-specific betting rules. Key provisions include:

• A minimum number of overs must be completed for a match to be deemed valid for settlement purposes. The specific threshold varies by market and will be stated in the market description.
• In the event of a rain interruption, match abandonment, or reduction in overs, q5det will settle all affected markets in accordance with the applicable dead heat, void, or reduced-match rules stated in the cricket betting rules documentation on the q5det platform.
• All cricket markets are settled using the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or other applicable body). q5det is not bound by unofficial, amended, or retrospective results.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on q5det, including live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and game shows), slot games, and fishing games, are governed by the rules of the individual game as published by the game provider. q5det publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title and the house edge for each live casino game category. These figures represent certified mathematical values based on independent testing laboratory audits of the relevant game software.

• The outcome of all q5det casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of a certified live dealer operating under studio compliance conditions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game software failure — the round in which the malfunction occurs shall be void and the staked amount for that round returned to the player's account balance. Winnings that have already been credited to the balance prior to the malfunction are not affected.

9 Responsible Gaming

q5det is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform and takes its obligations in this area seriously as a condition of its international gaming licence. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all q5det accounts:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your q5det account at any time via your account settings. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: You may activate session time reminders that will alert you when you have been actively logged into q5det for a specified duration.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q5det platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. q5det reserves the right to take any and all actions described in Section 11 upon detection or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Registering or operating more than one q5det account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that manipulates or is intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which q5det offers betting markets.
• Using any software, robot, bot, script, crawler, or other automated tool to access, interact with, or place bets on the q5det platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds in a manner that constitutes systemic abuse of the platform, including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies designed exclusively to extract guaranteed profit from q5det's markets.
• Colluding with other players to fix or manipulate the outcome of any casino game, tournament, or sports bet.
• Engaging in any form of charge-back fraud or disputed transaction abuse in relation to deposits made to your q5det account.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or receiving deposits from a third party for the purpose of gaming on q5det.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

q5det reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any q5det account and to void any pending bets or wagers in that account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to any instance of prohibited conduct described in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification to q5det's satisfaction within the timeframe specified.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Account inactivity: q5det may apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, as set out in the then-current fee schedule. After a further extended period of inactivity, q5det may close the account.

You may request the voluntary closure of your q5det account at any time by contacting q5det support. Upon voluntary closure, q5det will process any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account in accordance with these Terms, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q5det's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your q5det account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q5det expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind.
• Any loss or corruption of data or information.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the q5det platform caused by factors outside q5det's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any odds, statistics, or information displayed on the q5det platform for informational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude q5det's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the q5det platform, including but not limited to the q5det brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, source code, database structure, game interfaces, written content, and all other materials made available through the platform, are owned by or licensed to q5det. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q5det platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the q5det platform without q5det's prior written consent.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

q5det collects, stores, and processes personal data relating to registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a q5det account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the q5det Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

q5det implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and q5det's servers, and one-way cryptographic hashing for stored account credentials.

15 Amendments to These Terms

q5det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, q5det will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the q5det website and, where practicable, by notifying registered account holders via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the q5det platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the q5det platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under q5det's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact q5det's customer support team to seek informal resolution. q5det will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified under q5det's licensing jurisdiction.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
